Getting closer

We are 8 days from travel but it might as well be 100. I'm trying everything I can possibly think of to make the time fly but it just seems to be standing still. How come it doesn't take forever for me to become another year older, that seems to be coming at the speed of light!

Some wonderful friends had a "shower with love" party for me -- upon our return I will be introducing the concept of shopping to Kylee!
Edwin is beginning to show signs of excitement: he bought a computer bag, packed up some batteries and printed out the itinerary! Trust me this is big time for a computer geek like Edwin!
Mia is excited about the long trip on the plane (more about this later!), but even more excited that she is going to get snacks and beverages! We have packed a variety of toys, books, games and dolls for the trip in hopes she does not get too antsy.
I am truly grateful to all the wonderful friends and family that are celebrating this moment with us!

    We are so excited for you! Can't wait to follow your journey to your beautiful girl! I'll give you a call before you leave. It's almost 5 am, we've been home almost 12 hours and up with 2 little boys since 3:30am:) But Life is Good!!!!

    Saw your blog on Gayly's...had to check it out! Our little one from China turned 4 in Nov. 2004. Bless her heart, she is still wearing size 2T bottoms...but the dresses need to be a 4T so that they will be long enough :)
