Valentine Day with our Sweethearts!

It has been four days since we arrived home and life is beginning to feel normal. We've had many ups and a few downs but overall everyone is doing well. We are all back on a normal sleep schedule and once Kylee does fall asleep she sleeps until 7:30. She is still not fond of sleeping but does enjoy the ritual of bedtime (brushing her teeth, PJs, story time and endless kisses and Goodnight).

Our biggest hurdle has been the dogs but I'm happy to report that this morning rather than give up her father's lap she opted to let Spot sit next to her-- "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

We had a wonderful St. Valentine's day and the girls enjoyed dressing up! St. Valentine Day

Opening up Christmas and Birthday presents (and wearing them!)

We are overjoyed to have two wonderful daughters in our lives and we can't imagine a life void of these precious gifts we have received. Life could not be better for us!

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

  2. We are happy to see that everything is going so well at home. We love the pictures. Mia is getting so big and her hair is getting so long. We can't wait until the day we get to see Kylee! We just got back from Michigan. My grandma is very ill and in the critical care unit. We went up for a few days to visit. Elle played in the snow and threw snow balls at Lee! Now that we are home, she is very sick herself. Double ear infections, high fever, and throwing up. So, needless to say, its been crazy around here lately! When she is better, we will continue her swim lessons. She just started them back up again last week. She LOVES it. It always makes her so happy when she's in the water! We will continue to keep up with Kylee's Blog and we cant wait to here from you.

    Love to all,

    Christy, Lee, and Elle
